"Sex with consent", Dani Alves is not afraid of prison: Nothing scares

Dani Alves has been behind bars since January 20 on charges of rape. "La Vanguardia" reports that lawyer Cristóbal Martell has filed a complaint with the Court of Barcelona. The letter was submitted electronically. This appeal is a "guarantee for the judges that the Brazilian will stay at his home in Barcelona for the necessary time until the trial is held."

Among these "guarantees" can be the use of a telematic bracelet, the delivery of the passport, the daily signature in court or the deposit of a sum of money to cover any economic liability of the trial.

"La Vanguardia" also writes that Dani Alves has stated in prison that the sexual relationship he had in the Sutton night club, for which he is accused of rape, were "with the consent of the woman".
