Historic! Albania wins the first Olympic medal, wrestler Valiev triumphs

Albania now also has an Olympic medal, thanks to wrestler Chermen Valiev.

The Albanian-Chechen managed to triumph in the final for the third place in the 74 kg category, to receive the bronze medal, which is the first in history for Albania.

Valiev managed to win 6-2 against Viktor Rassadin from Tajikistan.

The first Olympic medal for Albania comes from the sport of wrestling.
