The big final in Italy, UEFA's decisions are revealed

The UEFA Executive Committee met today for the last time for this year in Lausanne, Switzerland and adopted several important decisions related to the developments of European football.

Rewards increase for UEFA Women's EURO 2025

UEFA's Executive Committee approved a significant increase in prize money for UEFA Women's EURO 2025, reaching €41 million, which is a 156% increase compared to 2022.

UEFA Nations League Finals 2025

The UEFA Executive Committee decided to designate Italy and Germany as temporary hosts for the UEFA Nations League finals, which will take place from 4 to 8 June 2025. The selected stadiums are those of Turin (Juventus and Torino) and the stadiums of Munich and Stuttgart.

The new name of the second competition for girls' clubs

The new name of the second women's club competition, the UEFA Women's Europa Cup, was also decided.

A new revenue distribution system for girls' club competitions was also approved, which will start from the 2025/26 season.

UEFA Super Cup 2025

The Friuli Stadium in Udine will host the UEFA Super Cup 2025 final on 13 August 2025.
