For the first time in history, the girls' national team is very close to the finals of a European championship for this category. Albania will play two matches against Norway on October 25 and 29, valid for the first stage of the European "Switzerland 2025" play-off.

The red and black girls will start training for these two challenges on Sunday, October 18. Coach Armir Grima has invited 23 footballers for the two matches against Norway. There are innovations in the red and black list, with three girls wearing the jersey of the Albanian National Team for the first time: the goalkeeper of Mitrovica, Rajmonda Spahiu; the midfielder of Aarau, Eriola Delija and the striker of the Norwegian team Sarpborg 08, Florentina Kuqi.

Meanwhile, the red and black technician Grima has also brought back six footballers who were previously active with the Albanian National Team, such as Endrina Elezaj, Aglia Iliadhi, Klea Hamonikaj, Djellza Istrefaj, Valentina Troka and Mikaela Metalla.

The red and black group will start preparations on Sunday and will hold training sessions in Shkodër. On Friday, October 25, Albania hosts Norway at the "Loro Boriçi" stadium, where entry will be free for all Albanian fans, who are invited to support the girls' team at this important moment for them.

The challenge is scheduled to be played at 4:00 p.m. On October 29, the return match will be played in Norway, at the "Ullevaal" stadium at 19: 00./CNA
