Kevin De Bruyne's future could be in Serie A, at Napoli. According to various sources close to the Italian club, the hypothesis of the transfer of the Manchester City player is no longer just media speculation, but a concrete possibility that is being seriously considered by both parties.

De Bruyne is currently under contract with Manchester City until the end of the season and will be a free agent from July, an element that makes him particularly attractive to major European clubs. The lack of an agent to represent his interests reduces the transfer costs, as there are no commissions foreseen for mediation, making the operation a lighter deal from a financial point of view.

One of the main factors that has driven Napoli's involvement in this track is the family component. His wife, Michelle De Bruyne, has visited the city of Naples in recent days, with the aim of evaluating some housing options in the event of a possible transfer. It is not the first time that the couple has shown ties to the area, as in 2017, they were married in Sant'Agnello, in the province of Naples, a detail that points to a previous connection with the territory.

In terms of sports, Napoli's sporting director, Giovanni Manna, has travelled to Manchester to personally present a detailed sporting project for the coming seasons.
