The Disciplinary Commission has revealed the last decisions made for Albanian football. The closing of the market for Tirana and Dinamo with three seasons stands out.

Tirana and Dinamo, according to the Disciplinary Commission, have not fulfilled their obligations towards their former footballers. There will also be other measures against Tirana and Kukës if they do not settle their obligations towards Visar Bekaj and Atdhe Rashit, respectively.

DECISIONS:

FK Apolonia, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing objects on the field of play and for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity causing delays in the start of the match, based on articles 8/1, 13/2/a, 17/ 1/b and 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.

Vater 9×9, for violence against the match official, leading to the suspension of the match between Elso Team against Vater, based on articles 6/3/d, 8/1, 16/1 and 17/1/b of the KDE , is punished with a fine of 200,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/f of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 10%.
The player of Vater 9×9, Devis Mecollari, for attacking the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/l of the KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from the activities.
Vater 9×9 player, Mikael Hasani, for assault and violence against the match official causing the interruption of the match between Elso vs. Vater, FHF Sunday League Albania, based on article 3/d, 6/2/c, 13, 14 /1/l, 32, 59 and 77 of the KDE, is permanently excluded from all football activities organized by the AFL.
