Dani Alvesh remains in prison for fear of escaping, the court forbids him to live with the children

Dani Alvesh is going through the darkest period in his life as he has been in Brians 2 prison in Barcelona for months after being accused of rape by a 23-year-old woman. Yesterday, Alvesh appeared before the court again and for the second time, his stay in prison was confirmed, rejecting the claims.

Alvesh's lawyers had requested that the ex-footballer be released and that the investigation be carried out in a free state or at least under house arrest. They intended for Alvesh to live near his children since they were attending school in Barcelona, ??but the prosecution considered it a fictitious project.

Spanish authorities do not believe that Alves will live in Barcelona if he is released, fearing a possible escape, despite substantial evidence being presented in court that he lives in Barcelona and there was never any thought of leaving. Now, Alvesh hopes that there will be another court session since for the second time, requests for release have been rejected.
