Bologna defeats Como, Atalanta fails to win

Bologna achieved their first win in Serie A this season by defeating Como 1-0 at the “Renato Dall'Ara”, in a match with few clear-cut chances.

After a goalless first half, Riccardo Orsolini made the difference in the 58th minute with a deflected shot, which landed in the back of the net.

Como tried to react, but the lack of ideas and clarity in attack made it impossible to equalize. For Bologna, it is the first victory, after the loss to Roma.

In the next match, Parma drew 1-1 with Atalanta at the "Ennio Tardini", stopping a streak of four consecutive home losses against the Bergamo team.

After several missed chances for both teams, Mario Pasalic scored for Atalanta in the 79th minute, but Patrick Cutrone quickly equalized with a quick reaction from a rebound. Neither team was able to find the winning goal and both teams remain winless this season.
