England is the Champion of Europe! Defeat Germany in overtime in women's

The England national team is the European Champion in women's football. The British team, the host of this season's tournament, triumphed in the final by beating Germany in extra time, after an electrifying challenge with a record number of 87,192 people present at "Wembley".

The challenge actually started with a heavy blow for Germany, as their main striker, Pap, was injured in the warm-up and could not take the field.

The teams had chances to score, but the first half ended goalless. The second started quickly with England's goal from Tun, which gave confidence that the British could finally triumph at home. But Magull scored in the 79th minute and made the challenge go to extra time.

As the 110th minute ticked on, it was Kelly who found the right deflection from a corner kick to give England the lead, with a 2-1 goal that lasted until the end of the challenge and secured the trophy for the Brits.
