Carlo Ancelotti reveals his main goal as a coach before he retires. 

In a recent interview, the Italian technician spoke, among other things, about the relationship with his players.

"I am friends with my players and I want to be in the future. They can talk to me about anything. I tell them openly: I want to build a good relationship with you", he said first.

According to Ancelotti, the best clubs where he has worked are Milan and Real Madrid.

"I can answer for the best clubs: Milan and Real Madrid. As for the best team, it's hard to say. I have had the honor of managing fantastic players and teams. I can't name the best players I've coached. My best 11 doesn't exist, it's impossible to select it. What extraordinary players I have coached, without distinction," added the 65-year-old.

The head of the "Los Blancos" bench revealed that his current goal is to win the Champions League once more before he retires.

"Before I stop coaching I would like to win another Champions League trophy and then another. Every coach wants to reach the top, but coaching Real Madrid is really special. It is the best club in the world for its history, its atmosphere, its fans. Then there is Milan, the best club to study football. I had the opportunity to work in both of these big clubs," declared Carlo Ancelotti, among others.

Real Madrid is not having a good moment in either the La Liga championship or the Champions League, but Ancelotti is clear in his intentions. /CNA
