Of the 848 re-registrations at driving schools of people who lost their license points due to offences, a low percentage managed to get it back and get back on the road as a driver.

According to the legal framework, all citizens who were provided with a driving license before 16.04.2015, who are part of the National Registry of Vehicle Drivers, have benefited from the system of 20 points.
