The Patriarch of Romania congratulates the new Archbishop of the Albanian

The Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, Daniel, has sent a message of congratulations on the election of His Beatitude, Ioannis, as Archbishop of Tirana, Durrës and all of Albania.

The message sent states that the Holy Synod and the Romanian faithful wish His Beatitude John many blessed years and God's help in his activity.
