2019 Earthquake/ Government provides 150 new apartments to Krujë

The government, at today's meeting, decided to provide 150 apartments to the Municipality of Kruja.

These apartments are being provided to those affected in the city of Kruja by the November 2019 earthquake.

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and point 6, Article 20, of the normative act no. 9, dated 16.12.2019, of the Council of Ministers, “On coping with the consequences of natural disasters”, approved by Law no. 97/2019, upon the proposal of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

1. The transfer to the Municipality of Krujë of 150 (one hundred and fifty) individual housing units, respectively, according to the inventory list attached to this decision.

2. The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the Albanian Development Fund and the Municipality of Krujë are responsible for the implementation of this decision.

 This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
