Murder in Elbasan / Berisha: To investigate Taulant Balla and Gazment Bardhi

The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha today during a statement for the media has stopped at the murder of Pjerin Xhuvani in Elbasan, on the eve of the elections of April 25, 2021.

Asked about some media reports, where it is claimed that the prosecution will call to testify Gazment Bardhi, Berisha said that he is against one-sided investigations.

He stressed that both Gazment Bardhi and the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, should be investigated.

" The only comment I have, I said that the main political author of the event is Taulant Balla and this is very evident.

I have stated in parliament that they are both politically responsible for the event.

But to call Gaz Bardhi, without calling Taulant Balla, does nothing but try to capture him.  

Balla pulled out people with cards and voter lists handing out the money.

I am not for one-sided investigations, but real investigations.

One cannot be under the law, the other above the law.
