Rejection of the request for the establishment of the commission for Strategic Investments / Balla is justified

The request for the establishment of the Commission of Inquiry for strategic investments by the DP was rejected again.

In a statement to the media, the head of the SP parliamentary group, Taulant Balla, was justified by saying that this request has no basis in the decisions of the Constitutional Court and lacks facts and clues. 

" The request does not have a support in the decision-making of the Constitutional Court, which has clarified when these commissions are set up. The request lacks the clues, facts or set of facts that justify the establishment of such a commission. I have made a full explanation regarding the reasons for the rejection of this claim. If you were to browse the request, you would understand that there is no fact or indication that the Assembly should invest in setting up a commission of inquiry. For more clarity in the plenary session on Thursday, I will present all the reasons for the rejection of this request ", said Balla./ CNA.al
