CEC Head Ilirjan Celibashi spoke about the May 11 elections and the Diaspora vote.

Celibashi, invited to MCN TV, asked who is responsible if an envelope with a vote inside is lost on the way, the head of the CEC said that it remains with the contracted operator.

He expressed his belief that there will be no such case in the May 11 elections.

"The responsibility lies with the operator that was contracted by us. I do not believe that this will be the case. Even if there is a ballot that is missing, it is not likely to have an impact on the result," said Celibashi./ CNA
