Diaspora Vote/ Celibashi explains the vote casting process

The Head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, spoke about the diaspora voting process, highlighting the steps being taken to implement the procedure. He announced that they have started putting the ballots in envelopes and that they will finish stamping them tomorrow at midnight.

Celibashi also explained how the ballot will be obtained from voters and how it will be delivered to the post office.

"Within 1 or 2 days maximum, they will have the envelope in the apartment. In any case, the postal service will keep the documentation until May 1, 2 or 3. If the postman does not find the voter three times at the apartment, he will leave a note that it is at the postal service number X, you can come and collect it. Each envelope must arrive before 19:00 on May 11. The voter from abroad, once the voting process has been completed, will call the postal service operator. There is no need to deposit the return envelope at the CEC", said Celibashi./ CNA
