Muçollari: Problems in Astir-Yzberisht, solutions expected from the DP

In the area of ??Astir and Yzberisht, all the problems that people in Albania have today due to a 12-year-old bad government are concentrated. In his daily meetings with the residents there, the candidate of the DP-ASHM, Grigels Muçollari, notes these concerns and presents the Opposition's solutions.

This entire community of over 70,000 residents does not have a high school, a school, a kindergarten or a nursery. Children and parents have to go outside their unit, which takes more than an hour and is expensive.

Muçollari has revealed to the public a case where a local citizen donated 10,000 square meters of land to the municipality to build a school and a high school, but this has not happened for 6 years now.

In meetings with residents, Grigels Muçollari commits that this project will be implemented after May 11th.

Also, small businesses that are barely surviving complain about the numerous obligations they pay. The DP program has predicted that they will have zero taxes, for turnover up to 180 thousand euros per year.

Pensioners say that what they receive is not enough to make ends meet, let alone cover medical expenses.

Muçollari has announced the Opposition's commitment that in the first 100 days there will be a total reversal of the situation. The living wage of 200 euros will guarantee the basic necessities, and pensions will increase by 20 percent above this threshold.

Another acute problem is that of unrealized legalizations. Despite the promises of renaissance, there are still thousands of residents who do not have the right to ownership over their savings, toil, work and sweat. And there are also others who have been harmed by public projects that have been abandoned.

Grigels Muçollari has guaranteed that with the DP, after May 11, this process will be finalized. No additional documents, no payments. And the principle will be, Legalization, then Urbanization. Which means compensation according to the market for anyone affected by an infrastructural development.

Many young couples have chosen this area to start a family. Muçollari has revealed to them the DP platform, which aims to support and facilitate housing loans, which exempts from taxes the initiatives and enterprises of those under 30 years old./ CNA
