"Ols's brother talked a lot, but didn't say anything"/

After the public statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama, the head of the parliamentary group Gazment Bardhi also reacted, saying that the head of the government spoke a lot, but said nothing.

Through a post on social networks, Bardhi wrote that Rama talked about the evidence that SPAK had found about Olsi who was not involved in the "Xibraka" Laboratory, but did not mention what exactly SPAK had found and investigated.

Arguing against Rama, Bardhi said that public opinion has been lied to by the decision of the Special Prosecutor's Office, since according to him Olsi Rama is involved in this criminal activity.

Bardhi has been critical of the Special Prosecutor's Office, accusing it of being tainted with politics, and during his post he has listed some facts that, according to him, show that the Prime Minister's brother is not as innocent as Rama and the Prosecutor's Office itself stated.

"Ols' brother came out today and reread exactly the same speech he gave when the opposition accused former minister Saimir Tahiri of being involved in collaboration with drug traffickers. He spoke at length, said nothing, and his face showed the opposite of what he was saying.

He talked about the evidence that SPAK found that Olsi was not involved in the "Xibraka" Laboratory, but he did not mention what exactly SPAK found and investigated.

The truth is quite the opposite and today there remain many unanswered questions that prove that there was no SPAK "investigation" for Ols Rama!

Only a Prosecutor's Office where, as a rule, the members are predetermined to serve the government and not to implement the law, could publish such a ridiculous and scandalous announcement with the aim of "washing" Ols Rama from the Xibraka file, even though he himself announces that :

The investigation is not over!

The file is not closed!

The file has been resuspended!

This happened because the prosecutor of the case (the same one who lied publicly about the Elbasan incident in 2021, that there were no electoral materials in the stopped car) "couldn't identify any of the other perpetrators of criminal offenses" who remained unidentified by 10 years already.

But did Ols' prosecutor identify whether Ols Rama was among these unidentified people or not? How? What evidence did he collect for this? What is the photo that accompanies the observation group's report regarding the "unidentified person aged 45"? Why is the photo of the observation group's report not made public so that citizens can help with information "to identify him"?

Deklarata e prokurorit nuk i jep përgjigje këtyre pyetjeve, që është edhe thelbi i kërkesës për SPAK-un. Megjithatë, Prokurori është kujdesur të thotë politikisht që Ols Rama nuk rezulton i përfshirë në veprimtari të paligjshme, sepse s'ka hetuar dhe për pasojë nuk ka prova. Hetimi bëhet ekzaktësisht për të grumbulluar provat, bazuar në indiciet që prokuroria i ka patur të plota dhe të pakontestueshme.

Kur prokurori nuk ka arritur të zbulojë identitetin e personave të paidentifikuar, si ka arritur në konkluzionin se vëllai i kryeministrit nuk ka qenë i përfshirë në aktivitet kriminal?! Si ka përfunduar hetimet, siç thotë në fjalinë e parë, ndërkohë që në fakt ka vendosur pezullimin e hetimeve, pra s'ka përfunduar asnjë hetim?!

Një përfundim të tillë prokurori mund të arrinte vetëm, nëse do të zbulonte se personi i paidentifikuar, për të cilin flet dosja e vetë prokurorisë, nuk është Olsi, por është Filan Fisteku. Arsyetimi "ne nuk e dimë kush është, por vëmë dorën në zjarr që s’është Olsi”, nuk është thjesht dëshmi e paaftësisë profesionale.

Një rast i tillë, ndoshta unik në historinë e hetimit penal, dëshmon se presioni publik i Kryeministrit ndaj prokurorit të çështjes ka funksionuar dhe SPAK nuk ka fuqi për të hetuar Kryeministrin dhe familjen e tij.

Personalisht për këtë kam qenë i qartë që ditën e parë, edhe pse, në përmbushje të funksioneve të mia si deputet i Kuvendit të Shqipërisë, i kam dhënë mundësi SPAK-ut të provojë para shqiptarëve se është një organ i pavarur dhe i pandikueshëm nga qeveria. Unë i kuptoj, janë të pafuqishëm, ndjehen të intimiduar nga Edi Rama, por nuk kanë asnjë arsye të bëhen qesharak!

Për të treguar cilësinë e hetimit që (s)ka bërë dot prokurori, po paraqes disa fakte dhe pyetje të thjeshta:

Fakti 1. Olsi Rama, bashkë me krerët e organizatës së kokainës, kanë përdorur të njëjtën makinë me targa AA653DM për të kaluar 18 herë kufirin në kohën ngritjes së laboratorit të kokainës në Xibrakës. Kjo provohet nga të dhënat zyrtare të sistemit TIMS.

Pyetje 1 për Edi Ramën dhe SPAK: Çfarë e lidh Ols Ramën me krerët e narko-organizatës dhe me makinën e trafikut?

Fakti 2. Nga 18 hyrje-daljet e makinës me targa AA653DM të grupit kriminal, 7 prej tyre i përkasin Olsi Ramës. Kjo provohet nga të dhënat zyrtare të sistemit TIMS.

Fakti 3. Policia dhe prokuroria nuk ka identifikuar një përdorues të makinës me targa AA653DM, edhe pse i ka identifikuar moshën 45 vjeç. Ols Rama është përdorues i kësaj makine dhe në atë periudhë ka qenë fiks 45 vjeç.

Pyetje 3 për Edi Ramën dhe SPAK: A keni kërkuar informacion nga Policia e Shtetit për pamundësinë për të identifikuar të gjithë personat e përfshirë dhe sesi kanë arritur të identifikojnë moshën fikse të personit (45 vjeç), pa ditur identitetin e tij?

Fact 4. On the day of Genci Xixho's escape, Ols Rama crossed the border by car, but without registering the vehicle. This is proven by the official data of the TIMS system.

Question 4 for Edi Rama and SPAK: Why is Ols Rama's vehicle not registered?

Fact 5. This file originates from the investigations of the Hanover prosecutor's office, while SPAK declares that it cooperated only with the Kosovo authorities.

Question 5 for Edi Rama and SPAK: Why didn't you also cooperate with the prosecution/police of Hanover, Germany, as the authority that has the initial data and the group's intercepts?

Fact 6. Ols Rama has publicly admitted that he used the drug machine and knows one of the drug traffickers.

Question 6 for Edi Rama and SPAK: Which of the drug traffickers does Ols Rama know and why did he lie that he only used the vehicle once, when TIMS data proves he used it at least 7 times?

Fact 7. In the session of April 4, 2024, the Minister of the Interior at the time, Taulant Balla, informed the plenary session of the Assembly of Albania that he is aware of who one of the unidentified persons, aged 45, is.

Question 7 for Edi Rama, Mr. SPAK: Did they ask the Minister of the Interior about what he officially declared in the Assembly that he knows and if he officially reported the crime he knows about to SPAK?

The answer to the last question is public, it was neither called nor reported. Now the question becomes even simpler: How is it possible that Taulant Balla, who, on April 4, 2024, as Minister of the Interior, declared in a plenary session that he knew who the unidentified person was, was not called for questioning?

This is enough to understand that the prosecutor, as is his custom, did not aim to reveal the truth, but to rush to amnesty the crime. But this at least proved incontestably what we all knew: brothers Edi and Ols Rama are untouchable! Thanks for confirming it for us, even at your cost of being funny! You could spare us the latter.
