Prime Minister Edi Rama has chosen this Sunday to address the citizens with a video message regarding the latest developments in the country, where his brother was in the center of attention due to the "Xibraka" case.

It has also happened that my colleagues, ministers, deputies, mayors, even the deputy prime minister, have been caught by SPAK's network.

However, SPAK and the entire Justice Reform are in the first place, the fruits of a strategic vision and iron political will, which without the SP and without me at its head, would not have come to life at all.

Never, never, never could, if I wasn't the first, even before we came to the government, that I had made up my mind to enter that sea on foot, together with the leading team of the Socialist Party, then in opposition with an irresistible power in every direction.
