Deputy Toni Gogu, in his speech in Parliament, remembered the late deputy, Sokol Olldashi, when he spoke about Sali Berisha's accusations regarding the May 14 elections.

Gogu also addressed the opposition, reminding them that the accusations they throw in the Assembly hall are not reflected in the complaint letters that the opposition submits to the CEC.

"On the first day Berisha said that Edi Rama stole the elections, then on the second day he forgot the accusation of the first day and said that Lulzim Basha was to blame for cooperating with Rama, on the third day it was the fault of Ilir Rusmali who helped the majority in KAS. "

Among other things, Gogu reminded the opposition MPs that the list of former colleagues that Berisha has declared enemies is long.

"The list of former collaborators that Berisha declares as enemies is very long, and don't be surprised that your turn will come.

You only get rid of that list when someone dies. Only then are you rehabilitated."

Gogu was clearly referring to Sokol Olldash, who in the race for DP chairman was denigrated by Berisha to make way for his chosen one, Lulzim Basha.

Then Olldash's collaborators were also purged from every local and central body in DP.

Just a few months ago, Berisha referred to Olldash as "a better candidate than Basha for DP chairman".

It must be said that Olldash's rehabilitation also seems cynical, at a time when the "best candidate" is no longer alive./ CNA.al
