Students, in protest/ "We will join civil disobedience"

Students of the Democratic University Youth Group and FRPD, in a statement to the media, have declared that they will join the civil disobedience until the establishment of the technical government.

They emphasized that none of the points they requested have been fulfilled and the government has not yet done anything for the students and young people of this country.

The students underlined that many university branches are in danger of being closed because they have left and that students and young people are not a priority of the government's policies.

They have called on the government to sit down and discuss with them the problems and not to sell education as very beautiful.

"I call on students and young people to protest today and join civil disobedience. Education is not in normal conditions, so we are protesting.

No promises have been kept. Young people and students are not a priority for Rama's policies.

We have decided to protest, we will join the civil disobedience until the establishment of the technical government.

In these conditions where education is today, it is very right to protest. Every day that is not protested is wasted. We will continue with the protests. We will boycott the lesson.

We call on the government to come sit with us and discuss and not sell us education as very beautiful. There are branches that are in danger of being closed. Education here is in miserable conditions.

Students and young people are fleeing. This government is not doing anything for students and young people," the statement said./ CNA
