Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha did not appear at SPAK today and the law provides for a stricter security measure.

Berisha was asked about this by journalists today, but the latter said that he does not consider any decision without coming to the Assembly.

"Today I have no announcements, except for public announcements. They have no value. I have an institution, and the official work institution for me is the Parliament of Albania.

Every announcement, whoever has from the institutions, about the deputy, brings it to the parliament. Nothing has arrived here. "No one has received any document," he said.

Further, the leader of the DP was asked what his action will be if SPAK sends the request for the removal of immunity to the Assembly.

The former prime minister attacked the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, as he said that he does not dare to send a request to the Assembly, as he behaves like a bandit and not as an official.

"He does not dare to do this because he should have behaved not as a bandit, but as an official and demanded that Sali Berisha appear, this and that... and the parliament decided, Sali Berisha himself would vote for it.

But he doesn't do that because he's going to act like a thug. And you and no one should do the lawyer of a thug. That a bandit's lawyer is of no use to anyone. He does not dare to do this because he will behave like a thug," Berisha emphasized./ CNA
