"You do not have the most basic concepts" / Berisha criticizes

Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has spoken harshly to the Speaker of Parliament, Lindita Nikolla.

Speaking on the disapproval of the resolution on the Serbian genocide, Berisha said that Nikola is leading the Parliament in a primitive way.

This statement has caused debate among them in the Assembly. Nikola turned off the microphone of the DP leader and interrupted him.

Excerpts from the debate:

Sali Berisha: You have turned this Parliament into your shop. You have no right to recognize the genocide in Kosovo.

Lindita Nikolla: They explained it earlier

Sali Berisha: Jo nuk është sqaruar asgjë. Nuk është sqaruar asgjë.

Lindita Nikolla: Nuk i kthehemi sepse ka rëndësi që nga një çështje të dalim të unifikuar.

Sali Berisha: Keni shkelur ligjin.

Nikolla: Nuk ka asnjë shkelje ligji, është konform rregullores. Respekt për vendimmarrjen e Konferencën së Kryetarëve.

Berisha: Ju shkruani rregulloren e Parlamenti, ju kryeni krim sepse shkelni ligjin e parlamentit. Ligji e përcakton qartë që rezoluta tre ditë nga data e dorëzimit shqyrtohet… Moj zonjë ti s’ke konceptet më elementare./ B.A. - CNA.al
