Democratic MP Belind Kelliçi has spoken about Lulzim Basha's scandal with Russian lobbying.
Invited to the Abc news studio, Kelliçi said that transparency should be made as it is a very serious issue that according to him, if there is any truth in this, it is to the detriment of DP.
