The Deputy Mayor of Tirana Municipal Council, Dorjan Teliti, today accused the government of being to blame for the situation with illegal construction in the Theth area.

He would probably give them millions of euros, depending on the type of property, it's savings for friends and comrades, very simple.

There is something else. Applications started three days ago. The first time in 33 years that we have received over 700 applications in 72 hours. It doesn't happen. It seems that it is something well prepared. It seems that it has been well studied.
