National security at risk/ The incinerator party raises the alarm

The former LSI, the party of incinerators which has now changed its name to the "Partia e Lirisa", has sounded the alarm about cyber attacks.

In a post on social networks, MP Erisa Xixho writes that national security is being threatened like never before recently by the unprecedented cyber attack on government systems.

Xixho points out that together with them, the security of information and life has fallen after all the data was obtained from the hackers on the e-Albania portal and not only.

“Kjo histori dështimi spektakolar e ka zanafillën me VKM nr.673, datë 22.11.2017 për riorganizimin e AKSHI-t. Përqëndrimi apo qendërzimi i të dhënave qeveritare në mënyrë piramidale në këtë organ, e ka bërë sigurinë e shtetit tonë sot më vulnerabël se kurrë.

Dështimet u paralajmëruan qysh me skandalet e publikimit të të dhënave të 900 mijë shqiptarëve më herët, që u pasua me daljen e të dhënave të targave e pagave. Tashmë, gjendja ka precipituar në dimensione të paparashikueshme.

Sot shqiptarët janë në mëshirë të armiqve dhe hakerave të tyre.

SPAK duhet të ndërmarrë një hetim të plotë për tenderat e pafundme të AKSHI-t, të cilat qartazi janë përdorur për t'u pasuruar pushtetarët dhe jo për sigurinë e informacioneve të shtetit dhe qytetarëve.

The government must be held accountable and take responsibility for not taking the necessary measures to prevent this national crime.

Based on Article 19 of Law no. 2/2017 "On Cyber ??Security", the state of cyber crisis must be announced urgently, which based on point 2 of this article is announced by Decision of the Council of Ministers with the proposal of the responsible Minister. None of these steps are being taken, which directly implicates the government in gross abuse of office by inaction.

There is an urgent need for transparency on what is happening with online services, as Albanians are in an informational state.
