Democratic Party candidate for deputy, Belind Këlliçi, stated in a television appearance that the "Bulgarian train" method was used to manipulate votes at the "7 Marsi" school, where several ballots were folded identically.
Këlliçi also said that in this same school, ballots were found with a different color than the ballots approved by the CEC.
" In the "7 Marsi" school, a phenomenon that occurs due to vote manipulation called the "Bulgarian train" has been observed. Several ballot papers had the same mark and were folded in the same way. We will file a report because it is a flagrant case of vote manipulation. There were 3 ballot papers of a different color ," said Këlliçi.
