Russia and Ukraine renewed for another two months the agreement on wheat in the Black Sea, this agreement reached with the mediation of Turkey.

A little while ago, Prime Minister Edi Rama welcomed the achievement of this agreement between the two countries, at a time when Russia and Ukraine are at war.

Rama also congratulates the Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan for his role, while emphasizing that ensuring the vital supply of grains is of critical importance for the whole world.

"I welcome the renewal of the Black Sea Wheat Initiative for another two months. I repeat my congratulations to Erdogan, for his decisive role. Ensuring an uninterrupted supply of vital grains in the world markets is of critical importance for ensuring food security around the world", writes the head of the government on social networks./ CNA.al
