The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has compared his possible return to government with that of Steve Jobs when he was fired from his company and created the latest technological tools.

With the economic reforms you mention, we managed to move from the group of low-income countries to the group of high-middle-income countries. We managed to be the highest paid people in the Balkans, even better than Bulgarians and Romanians. Our objective was to catch Slovenians that they have salaries closer to the EU 15 countries.

Where did I base this objective?

No country in the Balkans, neither Slovenia nor Serbia, has the fabulous wealth of Albania. In this context, it is the duty of a government to return these assets to a good, welfare, salaries, pensions, prosperity and progress of the citizens.
