The deputy of 362 votes, Petrit Vasili, has declared that on May 14 mafia taxes for parking lots and fines will end.

Calling the municipal policemen gendarmes, Vasili writes in his post that after May 14, parking fees will be halved and fines will be reduced.

Gjoba edhe kur aplikimi i qytetarit per parkingun eshte bere korrekt, por sistemi nuk e ka marre.

Perdorimi i makines eshte kthyer ne ankth per qytetaret e Tiranes??

 Makinat private, qe mbahen me aq sakrifica nga qytetaret jane mjeti i vetem per te levizur e kryer punet e perditshme.

Ne kushtet e nje trasporti publik primitiv, qe nuk mbulon zona te tera te Tiranes, i ngadalte, pa kushte dhe burim aksidentesh, vendosja e gjobave per parkingun dhe qindra mijra gjobat ne teresi jane nje agresion i vertete ndaj qytetareve te Tiranes prej banditeve te Veliajt me uniforme.

Eshte krim te mbushet arka e Bashkise se Tiranes me miliona dollare nga gjobat e Parkingut qe jane djersa e qytetareve te thjeshte.

Krahasuar me bashkitë e tjera, Tirana mbledh 20 herë më shumë të ardhura nga gjobat se Durrësi dhe gati 37 herë më shumë sesa Shkodra, Fieri dhe Vlora të marra së bashku.

Gjobiten çdo muaj mesatarisht deri ne 25 mije familje.

Skenat me Xhandaret e paturp te Policise Bashkiake, qe shfaqen vetem per gjoba duhet te marrin fund.
