The US ambassador in Tirana, Yuri Kim, expressed her disappointment in the release of former minister Saimir Tahiri and warned that anyone involved in this decision will face consequences.

The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, reacted to Kim's statement, who says that he is not interested in the opinion of an ambassador whose mandate has ended.

Manjani declares in a status on social networks that Tahir's punishment was Bolshevik, while the ambassador's behavior is proof that we are governed by Karaghe people.

I don't even give a damn what Yuri Kim is talking about, who has run out of time and has no time to mind our affairs.

In this case, it is appropriate to reiterate that:

1. The Saimir Tahiri case was an imposed model of punishment for propaganda purposes. Except for the extent of the punishment, what they did was no different from the Bolshevik punishments.

That the Embassy of Yuri Kim supports Bolshevik punishments is not new now. Word comes that the elected mayor of Himarë is being held in prison by Bolshevik decisions, but Yuri has no comment!!!

2. Our courts have serious problems, without any discussion, but this does not give the right to any foreign embassy to act as the owner of justice. The latter should only be given according to law, in an open courtroom and according to due process of law.

Under no circumstances are the statements of embassies an order for the courts of a sovereign country.

3. We have no doubt that this country is governed by Karagians. The behavior of the American ambassador is undoubtedly proof that we are governed by Karagians and completely unrelated to the Constitution, the laws and the mandate given to them by the Albanian people.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which spoke the most in an appointment process, has not a word to say to Mrs. Kim, who blasphemes Bolshevism?!

4. Every Albanian is undoubtedly legitimate to ask to be informed by the institutions of his country. The American Embassy is not an Albanian citizen.

5. Not one cent has been given by America or anyone else to influence the decisions of the courts. Financial assistance was provided for infrastructure, reform and training.

However, if those cents billed to us as aid are intended to influence the decisions of the courts, the Albanian state must return them immediately. Word that another concession was lost in Arbitration.

6. I am for our high justice to review this matter not simply for the dignity of Sajmir, but to dismantle the Bolshevik model of punishment not based on the law, but on embassies, politics or even popular justice!

Sovereignty and dignity are not for sale!

This behavior of Yuri Kim is unacceptable in any way you look at it.

Finally, sorry for the cynicism, did this lady of principles congratulate the "non-woman" Tom Doshi for winning the elections?! It is the third PSD party of nongrata...!
