Kreu i Komisionit Qëndor të Zgjedhjeve, Ilirjan Celibashi ka mbajtur fjalën e tij gjatë mbledhjes që po zhvillohet lidhur me digjitalizimin e raporteve të financimit të partive politike.
Celibashi tha se do të rritet transparenca pasi me sistemin e ri të dhënat kryesore për raportet financiare të partive do të bëhet online.
“Raportimi kryhet vetëm në letër, vetëm ndonjëherë në mënyrë sporadike KQZ merr informacion në rrugë digjitale.
Harxhojmë shumë kohë dhe energji për analizimin e këtyre raporteve dhe në fund shumë pak kuptojmë mbi problematikën reale të financimit të partive.
Sistemi duhet të ofrojë mundësinë që palët e interesuara të marrin lehtësisht çdo të dhënë që përfitohet nga financimet e partive politike. Sipas mendimit tim, do të ishte e dobishme nëse këto raporte do të mund të aksesoheshin edhe online në platformën që do ndërtohet”– u shpreh Celibashi ndër të tjera./CNA.al
