The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition, Luciano Boçi, has returned to the ironic statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama from his electoral meeting in Elbasan for the Film City project.

Through a status on social networks, Boçi has bluffed Ramë by stating that he does not know what function his subordinate institutions have.
