Rama lied/ Erion Bani was "chosen" by Veliaj

Prime Minister Edi Rama, today at the meeting of the SP parliamentary group, was exposed again. We are taking the version that they lied as the best possible one that our Prime Minister needs.

Just as they lied about Erion Veliaj's villa, saying that Ajola Xoxa's father had bought it, while Ajola's driver says in the documents that it wasn't, he never knew that her father had any connection to any villa in Qerret, and when he passed away in 2019, he didn't leave a will or give Ajola any proof of inheritance.

And then, after 2020, the villa in Qerret belonging to Ajola and Erion appears, in the photo under construction when citizen Olsi Eftimi is also involved, construction of swimming pools, etc., on a plot of land of about 500 square meters.

But let's look at today's stance on another public lie that easily exposes Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Rama precisely said that:

But our Prime Minister lied all day long.

He lied to the parliamentary group, he lied to the Albanians, the SPAK prosecutor did not choose Erion Bani or the SPAK prosecutor targeted him. Erion Bani did not choose Altin Dumani, nor Ols Dado, it is enough to read the decision given by judge Erion Bani.

According to the document, it is stated that: "During the readiness period on 23.01.2025-09:00 in the framework of the proceeding no. 27 of 2024, a request was submitted with No. 81, dated 23.01.2025, with Applicant: Altin Kumara: Object: The illegal validation of the investigative action of seizing the mobile phone belonging to citizen Altin Kumara, and the return of this mobile phone is requested. Under these conditions, given that Judge Atalanta Zeqiraj is absent due to taking maternity leave, all criminal requests related to the criminal proceeding 27 of 2024 are judged by the preliminary investigation judge Erjon Bani, in compliance with Article 278, point 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Article 112, point 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, under the title 'Forms of the court's disposition', expressly provides that: 'The decision is taken in the deliberation room, without the presence of the secretary and the parties.'"

This document clearly shows that Erion Bani is not targeted, that Erion Bani was a judge in this case because his colleague fled the preliminary investigations on maternity leave, because he was a willing judge for a period of time, and if you call him targeted, Altin Kumara's request for the seizure of his phone has put the judge on the hook.
