Belind Këlliçi, political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, said today that the de facto owner of the incinerator is Edi Rama. Këlliçi said that this is one of the few files that has been received and taken to the end.

Këlliçi made the statements on a television show, where he said that if Rama leads Tirana's campaign in the May 11 elections, he will degenerate politically.

Këlliçi said that Prime Minister Edi Rama's time is over, adding that he was warned of his end today by President Donald Trump's campaign manager, who said that Soros' puppets can no longer govern.
