During his speech at the 32nd anniversary of the Socialist Party, the prime minister also commented on the situation in the north of Kosovo.

Rama said that Kosovo is self-isolate from the international community, while he maintained a harsh attitude towards it for the criticism of the proposed draft.

He emphasized that tensions between Kosovo and Serbia will never escalate into war, as America and NATO will not allow them.
