The DP candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has announced that his electoral program is nearing completion and soon the citizens will get to know him.

Kelliçi, through a status on social networks, has claimed that the program is being given the final touches by experts in many fields.

Among other things, he added that the cost of building schools in the capital will be equal to that of the EU and that there will no longer be roads with 20 million euros per kilometer.
