"The new port of Porto Romano in Durrës will cost 1.2 billion euros and this is the biggest fine in the history of Albania. This is an equal fund for increasing the pensions of Albanians. It is a crime that exceeds all proportions. The prices of food prices in Greece are 50% lower than in Albania, while here they are many times more expensive than in any country of the European Union.

The Affair of the Port of Durrës constitutes the most serious punishment for Albanian taxpayers after the construction of bunkers by Enver Hoxha.

The millennium port of Durrës, for Edi Rama, was to be built in Porto Romano and in violation of any law, he changed the procurement law with a well-known Dutch company, again in violation of the laws, ordered the project of 12 million euros.
He informed the public, opened the tender and said that we have 5 large world companies listed for the construction of the port in Porto Romano.
