Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has again made accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama, after the latter yesterday rejected the invitation to the EU summit, while today confirmed his participation.

Berisha claims that Rama's actions are related to the interests of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

According to him, the head of government is playing with the fate of Albanians more than ever before.

"In the interests of Aleksandar Vucic, the decision not to go to Brussels should have been made yesterday and the decision should have been made today to go to represent the Open Balkans. The fate of Albanians has never been played more than in this period, because today, our vital national interest is EU integration.

I took this aspect, but in every other aspect, there is a confiscation of laws, institutions, rights in this country, as in no other country. What's happening today?

"Albanians are facing the biggest price increase since 1992. If you listen to the Parliament and the propaganda tomorrow, they will not have any pain from this economic situation", stressed the former Prime Minister./ BA - CNA.al
