The Chief State Election Commissioner, Ilirjan Celibashi, in a statement to the media, said that the legal framework for financing political parties should be improved.

According to Celibashi, the reporting of public parties is superficial and that the control over them is formal, while he adds that they do not have the necessary means to further the controls.

KQZ mendon se ka vend për përmirësim kuadri ligjor për financimin e partive duhet të rregullohet edhe financimi i subjekteve.
