Prime Minister Edi Rama has stopped in the city of Peshkopi, as part of the tour for the selection of new local leaders in 61 municipalities of the country.

Rama said that the SP needs new blood and energy to see beyond the point where it has arrived.

The Prime Minister stressed that it is important that the process develops to the end by creating the opportunity for anyone with ambitions for a role in the party.

 “Duke parë mirë rezultatet duke u përpjekur t’i lexojmë siç duhet duke mos u kënaqur me atë që kemi arritur dhe duke shtirë reagimin në proçese ripërtëritëse të PS. Partia është një trup që duhet ripërtërirë vazhdimisht për të qenë në lartësinë e sfidës dhe ka nevojë vazhdimisht për gjak e energji të reja, për të parë përtej pikës ku ka mbërritur.

Edhe këtë herë e kemi nisur menjëherë pas zgjedhjeve të shkuara situatën në të gjitha bashkitë dhe nuk është rastësi që këtë herë procesi i zgjedhjeve në parti është ndryshe e ka një risi si rezultat i një analize të brendshme dhe një vendimi të marrë në Kongres. Është shumë e rëndësishme të rrisim shkallë e përgjegjësisë në anëtarësi lidhur me arsyet se përse jemi pesë e kësaj familjeje, qëllimet, aspiratat dhe ëndrrat e njerëzve që kjo parti duhet të përfaqësojë.
