After the speech in strong tones at the Assembly of the Council of Europe on the war crimes in Kosovo, which was followed by criticism and debates with the MEPs, Prime Minister Edi Rama's invitation to a working dinner was cancelled.

The news was announced by the deputy of the Democratic Party, Belind Këlliçi, who published the e-mail informing the prime minister of the cancellation of the invitation.

According to him, the decision was taken by the leadership of the Council of Europe.

"After today's shameful, arrogant and insulting speech to the MEPs, the leadership of the Council of Europe withdraws and cancels the invitation for a working dinner addressed to the Prime Minister of Albania.

Our country deserves more, it deserves a Prime Minister and a normal government and not a corrupt clown in a circus palace!", writes the deputy./ BA - CNA.al
