The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, voted today in the Democratic Party Primaries race. Although he is the only candidate for Elbasan, Boçi has expressed that the vote has its value.

In a statement to the media, Boçi said that this process will be an example of how to vote in Albania, without pressure and in complete freedom.

 " The process continues normally. A large part of DP members and sympathizers have come to express their will by voting to elect the candidate.

Today I am the only candidate, but even in the case when you are the only candidate, the vote has its value, of course the members have expressed this will.

I am convinced that the sanctioning of the vote of the members will also sanction the power of the membership, so that they can choose the leaders at different levels. Today is sanctioned what we have demanded with force: the power of free vote.

This process will be an example of how to vote in Albania. To vote sensibly, to vote with full will, without pressure and in complete freedom, " said Boçi./ CNA.al
