“Nuk bëjmë dëgjesa me persona nën hetim” /Rama 'kapet' duke mashtruar

Në 12 shkurt, Rama bëri dëgjesë me Klotilda Bushkën, deputeten socialiste njëherazi kryetare e Komisionit të Ligjeve, e cila është nën hetim nga SPAK.

Deputetja dyshohet për veprime që pengojnë zbulimin e të vërtetës sipas nenit 301 të kodit penal.

Pavarësisht kësaj, Rama dëklaroi sot nga dëgjesa e grupit të Partisë Socialiste se nuk bën dëgjesa me persona nën hetim.

Ndërkohë, sot në këtë dëgjesë ishte i pranishëm rektori i Univeristetit Bujqësor të Tiranës, pas shpalljes së 24 masave të arrestit të dhëna nga SPAK-u për punjonjësit e këtij institucioni arsimor.

“Kur kemi folur, jam siguruar që nuk jeni person në hetim.

Nuk japim hapësirë për dëgjesa me persona në hetim.

Përpara se ju të kandidonit, i keni drejtuar një letër SPAK-ut nëse kandidimi do të kishtë ndonjë pengesë dhe përgjigjja ka qenë që mund të vazhdoni

Shqetësimi për fajësimë apo pafajësinë e personave lidhet me nxitimin për të deklaruar 24 përsonat në masë sigurie.

Gjëja e parë kur kam marrë këtë lajm është së çfarë do të mendojnë partnerët austriakë kur ta dëgjojnë.
