The chairman of the Tirana association, Arben Tafaj, passed away prematurely.

The bitter news was shared on social networks by the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, who expressed his deep sorrow for the sad news.

"With deep sadness, I heard the news about the premature death of a friend, citizen, family member, colleague, politician and tireless activist for our Tirana, Mr. Arben Tafaj.

Arben Tafaj did so much for the city, he contributed to the best values ??that we all aspire and fight for. As the chairman of the "Tirana Association", he worked tirelessly to preserve the heritage, the spirit of the city and the authenticity of Tirana. Always supporting coexistence and the spirit of friendship with each community.

As a member of the Tirana City Council, he was a tireless representative of the citizens and an open door for anyone who had a concern.
