The most voted candidates in the primaries are off the list/ Berisha gives

DP leader Sali Berisha has provided clarifications regarding the fact that those who received the most votes in the primary were left out of the closed list.

According to Berisha, there were only 12 seats for the closed list in Tirana and many of those who were voted in were left out.

"In every district, in Elbasan, Dash Sula was the most voted for, but Ms. Çapja was elected, who was the most voted for by women. For women, there is a different standard, you are forced to elect 1 in 3 women. Klodiana Çapja came out the most voted for in Elbasan."

Hysen Kadiu was the most published but had no place. 12 places were ex officio.

The entire list is primary. There are primary candidates in each district.

"We cannot deny the reality, take a look at the list," Berisha said on the screen paid for by the incinerators./ CNA
