The MP does not count Basha: I do not see it as a concern

MP Saimir Korreshi, a candidate for MP on the closed list in the Fier District from the Democratic Party, stated that polls have shown that the DP is 3.7% higher than 4 years ago.

"My principle is if you haven't shaken someone's hand, don't ask for their hand. We did a door-to-door campaign in 2021 and we expect to do it again this time. Polls show that the DP is 3.7 percent higher than 4 years ago and the best is yet to come. We are a little late because the opponent pays the patronage workers with citizens' money, they are employed in the administration. However, the Democrats are there and will be at every door," said Korreshi.

As for Lulzim Basha, MP Korreshi seems to not count him out as he does not see him as a concern like he did 4 years ago.

 "I no longer see them as a concern, like 4 years ago. I don't think the DP will have any major difficulties in this regard," he said./ CNA
