Over 6 hours of testimony/ Fatmir Mediu leaves SPAK: I apologize to the families of the victims

The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, went to SPAK a few minutes ago, where he stayed for over 6 hours.

The media confessed to the Special Prosecutor's Office regarding the Gërdec file.

It is reported that he has again denied the accusations against him, describing them as baseless.

Meanwhile, in a statement to the media, the former minister apologized for the tragedy of Gërdeci, while emphasizing that he felt sorry for the family members is the only reason he sent him to court today.

"I came today because there were witnesses who worked with me and followed my orders. The previous witnesses were not related to the work of the Minister of the Interior. I came today out of respect for the court and expressing my apologies to the family for what happened to them. I can no longer undo what happened and I apologize.
