Former minister Sandër Lleshaj has "complained" that he still hasn't managed to get the land that his grandfather bequeathed to him.
He made this statement while explaining the reasons why young Albanians are leaving the country.
He described the issue of land ownership as quite problematic, as a motive that gives uncertainty to young people.
"Albanians are leaving for many reasons. From education, to the lack of security for the future, as well as land. We have not yet resolved the land issue. I have not received the land of my grandparents yet. No one cares, thank God we have a code. But I don't have it on paper," he told News24. /CNA.al
